PUERTO AVENTURAS

Beach, Marina, Golf and Resort

Puerto Aventuras is an exclusive gated marina community. Puerto has the only deep water port between Cancun and Belize, and because of this there are catamaran tours, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling all right around the corner. In the town center are a number of restaurants, and shops, as well as the dolphin’s discovery adventures. Puerto has a 9 hole golf course, two tennis courts and a small skate park. With its small cobble stone streets it is not rare to see people driving around in golf carts, four wheelers or bicycles. It is a lively little community with many attractions.

The majority of the villas for rent are located off of side streets on semi-private sandy beaches. These villas are far enough away from town so that you feel like you have privacy yet close enough to walk down to the town center in about 5-10 minutes. It is a safe and fun community.

PLAYA  SECRETO and PLAYA PARAÍSO

Both of these beach areas are host to private villas. These villas are located down unpaved sandy roads. Both communities are closed to the public and have guarded entrances. These villas are located off the beaten path. An expanse of the beautiful blue Caribbean Ocean is outside the back door of every villa we rent for this area. These beaches provide homes to nesting turtles, birds and a wide array of sea life. Although, we would like to say that the beaches are private there are all inclusive hotels and you may occasionally see a couple walking down the beach.

The nearest towns: To the north 15 minutes you have the cute little fishing village of Puerto Morelos. In the town square there are a number of interesting restaurants, shopping, a bookstore, coffee shop, and a small grocery store.

To the south 20 minute you have the bustling town of Playa del Carmen. Playa offers everything you could want and more walking down 5th avenue is a must do. You can walk for a whole evening looking into shops, listening and dancing to live music, dining in outdoor restaurants or just sitting and watching the lights of Cozumel in the distance.

AKUMAL

Is a small mexican tourist village. It is a laid back town with a number of resturants and a couple of shops. The beaches that are considered part of akumal stretch for miles. They start at the yah-kul Lagoon and go south next you have Half moon-bay which is in the town of akumal then you have southern akumal which includes Akumal south, Jade bay, Aventuras bay.

The villas that dot the coastline are surrounded by ocean with abundant tropical fish, nearby sunken Spanish galleon and coral gardens make Akumal Mexico a popular destination for divers from around the world.

TULUM

Is a town named for the ruins the town sprung up around, and became a thriving town. Tulum has long been a backpackers and hippie haven. As the town has matured it has become a Mecca of wellness with many beach front cabins offering yoga, massage, meditation, and the practicing of the traditional maya spiritual practices.

Tulum downtown and the beach offer live music, restaurants, diving and many other activities.

Of course, people came here first because of the beautiful Tulum ruins perched on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean. There is a beautiful long beach still undeveloped by large hotels although there are many tourists during high season we have a huge number of nesting turtles and other wild life.
