Located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Tulum.

20 min beach walk to the Tulum ruins and 10 min drive from down town.

The house has a full private bathroom, queen size bed, ceiling fan, cable TV, living room, oceanfront terrace, full private kitchen and dining room. Outside and inside hammocks, overlooking the ocean. For more sleeping space we have a nice rustic cabana with a queen size bed just besides the house, perfect for 2 extra persons at an extra charge, depending on the season

 One snorkel trip to the beautiful reefs, a sightseeing tour to the ruins on our boat, 2 beachfront massages at the house, a bottle of fine wine . . . and a lots of fresh coconuts ! ! ! !
